As official agent for the Shareplay initiative I'll be hosting the first so-called Shareplay Insights event in Aalborg today. The event is a TED-Talk-like session with three speakers from the academic/business worlds in combination, who will be giving short 15-minute talks that are recorded an subsequently released under a Creative Commons license.
The lineup is as follows:
- Christian Kirk Muff, the creative brain behind Peter Øvigs interactive e-book version of the 'Hippie' book, and previously employee at IO Interaktive as well as being consultant for among other Playdead (Limbo) and Nokia.
- Tem Frank Andersen, Ph.D., Senior advisor and media scientist at Aalborg University, who ao. writes for Nordjyske and whose scientific focus is put on media and culture for users - and on the connection between media platforms.
- Sune Klok Gudiksen, Ph.D. student at Aalborg University, who in collaboration with Invio is working on an ambitious cross media projects based on the 'Multiverse' theories of the highly acknowledged theoretic Joe Pine (combinatorial theory between the physical and the virtual).
I'll furthermore be moderating a panel discussion between the three after their talks.
The event takes place in Biffen Art Cinema from 15.00-17.00 - and admission is free.
