Today, as the label manager of Urlyd Records, I will head out with Tone, Kiloton and Yngvesin for a mini-tour of 4 gigs in Germany and the Netherlands, including a prestigious performance by Tone at the huge Eurosonic Festival in Groningen, Netherlands on Thursday. Before that they (+me on turntables) will play Astra Stube in Hamburg in Germany tonight, then cross into the Netherlands to do a show at the legendary sailing venue Stubnitz in Amsterdam tomorrow, followed by Eurosonic Thursday (Tone only) and finally Bootleg in Rotterdam on Saturday. The last gig will be a massive 9-hour frenzy from 21-06 that alongside solo performances also features a 6-hours jam-session with everyone mixed up as an extended edition of Leipzig Sound System – supported by the Urlyd DJ-Team (myself and Yngve). VJ Kristian Ravn-Ellestad will supply the visuals throughout the tour, supported by Plasmarelle aka. Barbara Nordhjem in Amsterdam and Rotterdam.
