During the recent Transmediale11 conference in Berlin, a so-called autodocumentary (auto as in autodidactic + documentary) was made to explore the defining aesthetics of art in the networked era, and how mass collaboration is changing notions of ownership in art.
On a fun note, I interviewed one of the creators, Gabriel Shalom, for my forthcoming video blog about the conference and that session actually made it to the final cut of the film. Not my interview, but me interviewing him - fast forward to 13:09 to see my 2 nano-seconds of art-docu fame 😉
