One of the outputs from a the Creative Commons workshop I attended in Gothenburg back in early November was the clear and identified need for more information on business models within free culture. As written here in the blog before, the workshop was a collaboration between the CC communities in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Iceland and the Faroe Islands.
This has now lead to a new project that Jonas Öberg from The Society for Free Culture and Software came up with; one that I've now engaged myself heavily in, namely to create a book that highlights open culture business models through presenting a wide range of tangible case studies written by the project managers themselves.
